The Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICARB) announces it's 2020 essay writing COMPETITION

Eligibility:

ages 18-25

TOPIC:

Sovereign immunity for legal and arbitral proceedings and execution against the assets of a sovereign State: The evolving paradigm shift.

Submission Deadline:

10th October, 2020

Prizes:

First position: 100,000

Second position: 60,000

Third position: 40,000

Others are:

✅Winners would be officially awarded and recognised at the annual conference slated for  18- 20th November, 2020 

✅ The best two articles would be published in NICARB's Journal of Arbitration.
