Call for Submission: GIRLS-WILL ART EXHIBITION - NATIONAL COMPETITION FOR ARTIST info

WACOL Tamar SARC launched her initiative called: GIRLS Will- a programme to amplify the voices and rights of girls everywhere in Nigeria.  Importantly, the initiative through targeted actions will work to equip girls with the right skills and knowledge to defend their human rights. It will target great role and participation of girls in decisions affecting their survival and development, advancing their inclusion in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using innovative approaches to raise funds to support investment that will educate and empower all girls, including those with disability and in rural areas based on SDG principles of inclusion and leaving no one behind.

The competition's aim is to promote Girl's right to Protection and Participation, illustrating some of the problems girl's face in our contemporary society and possible solutions. At the exhibition, the jury will select three outstanding art work. The winners will be given a cash prize and also have the opportunity to become one of the GIRLS -Will Campus ambassadors in Nigeria.
